Monica Sticks it to GH's Dorman (SOD 7/3/97)

General Hospital's resident nightmare, Pierce Dorman, finally gets a taste of his own medicine this week. Monica lures him to a motel room, injects him with truth serum and ties him to a chair. "I think she's a little irked with me," quips Tuc Watkins, in character as Dorman. "Monica kidnaps me in order to end everyone else's pain by ending my existance. But I'm not dead yet." Will this standoff finally knock that smirk off Dorman's face? "I think, at times, he's genuinely afraid for his life," notes Watkins. "He sees in her eyes that she could actually do this. Yet he's so arrogant, he never backs down -- even though he's in a condition where he might want to drop the pompous attitude."

With half of Port Charles out looking for Dorman, how long will Monica be able to keep him tied up? (Truthfully, jail might be the safest place for him right now.) On Pierce's future, Watkins will only say, "Dorman better not buy any green bananas."
