Watkins Extends His Stay! (SID 8/29/06)

While Tuc Watkins (David) is still slated to leave One Life to Live in the coming months, it now appears that his exit may happen later than first expected!

The In Depth Story: After months of reports that the star would be leaving Llanview in late August, sources are now reporting that Watkins will not exit at the end of the month. Instead, he will continue taping scenes for an extended -- albeit brief -- period. Insiders claim the actor will work at OLTL through October, allowing his alter ego to remain an important part of his brother Spencer's storyling through November sweeps. At that point, Watkins will then return to his home in Los Angeles.

Watkins, meanwhile, continues to deny reports about a pending exit, and a rep for the show would not comment on this latest development.
