Flying the Friendly Skies (SID 5/10/05)

As Robin Strasser (Dorian) splits her time between her East Coast and West Coast abodes, she and her pooch Scotter have had run-ins with fans all over the country -- especially at the airport. "I've been doing a lot of travel back and forth to California," says the actress, "so I'm passing through a lot of airport security" -- manned, it oftentimes seems, by OLTL fans! I don't know where they get the time, but they do watch the show." While Strasser has had to unfortunately endure the extensive security procedures required during such trips, she's happy to report that she's only recevied positive feedback from her fans at the checkpoints. What is the one question that always seems to be on their minds? "I'll finally get my stuff cleared, my shoes are back on, Scooter is in her cage and I'm walking towards my gate when someone will shout, 'Why don't you marry David?'"
